  1. Branch Locations - do all of your banking at our branches at Federal Plaza in New York City, Kennedy Boulevard in Jersey City, or at the Concourse Level of the Path Station at Journal Square in Jersey City.
     
  2. Shared Service Centers - a nationwide network of over 1,000 centers staffed with friendly people where you can do everything, except open a new account or apply for a loan.
     
  3. Member Audio Response Center (MARC) Telephone Banking - make any transaction you can do at a teller window by telephone except deposit and withdraw cash. Accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Review up-to-date account history, manage your funds, stop payments and reorder checks.
     
  4. ATMs - Your XCEL Visa CheckCard and ATM card are accepted at all NYCE, CIRRUS and PLUS machines. The Visa CheckCard is also accepted at machines and merchants displaying the Visa logo. There are no fees when you use an XCEL-owned ATM.
     
  5. Bank Online - make any transaction you can do at a branch online except deposit and withdraw cash, plus review up-to-date account history, manage your funds, follow stocks - even pay your bills! No special software required.
