Switch your automatic payments and direct deposits quickly, securely and at no cost to you.
When you want to move your accounts to XCEL, all it takes is a few minutes on your PC, smartphone or other device. ClickSWITCH quickly guides you through the process so you can start taking advantage of all your credit union benefits. To start the process:
- Enroll – Visit or call us at 973-ASK-XCEL (973-275-9235), Option #5 to begin.
- Log in – Once enrolled, simply log in to ClickSWITCH using the SwitchTRACK code.
- Set up – Provide the member information requested, select and answer the security questions.
- Complete the SWITCH – Continue following the on-screen instructions to add automatic payments, direct deposits and close old accounts.
Ease of use:
- Search a company or institution and the information will automatically pre-populate for you.
- e-signature to securely submit forms for each of your switches and closures.
- With Switch Assist, transaction history can be imported from your other financial institution.
- Your old financial institution will be notified of the closure of old account.
What you'll need to get started:
- Any direct deposit information, including the name and address of your depositor(s).
- All automatic payment information, including company names and addresses, login information and your account numbers.
- Your account information for the account you wish to close or switch from, including the financial institution’s name and address, account login information, routing number and account number.
