We'll help you deactivate your current card and start the process to deliver you a new one.

If you lost your Visa® Debit Card, please contact a Member Service Representative at 973-ASK-XCEL (275-9235) and then choose Option 3.

To report a lost or stolen Visa® Credit Card, please call 855-441-7703.

Complete the form below to begin the process for a replacement debit card. Generally, it takes 7-10 business days for you to receive your new card in the mail.
