XCEL's Member Audio Response System – you can call it MARC – gives you access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

  • Verify current checking, savings and loan balances
  • Confirm deposits and payments
  • Verify whether items have cleared in your checking account
  • Transfer money between XCEL accounts
  • Make loan payments

Using Phone Banking

Simply call 973-ASK-XCEL (973-275-9235) and choose Option 1. NOTE: a PIN (personal identification number) is required to use this service. Your PIN was established when you opened your account. If you don't know your pin, please contact us.
