Fixed Home Equity Loan
Rates are for qualified members and are subject to credit approval. The APR may vary due to an individual’s creditworthiness, term of the loan and value of the home. Loan to Value (LTV) and/or Combined LTV (CLTV) restrictions apply. Loans that exceed 80% CLTV are subject to increased APR. Rates are subject to change without notice. XCEL loans must be in first or second lien positions. Not available for homes currently for sale. State specific tax fees may apply at closing. Homeowner’s insurance is required; flood insurance is required where applicable.
Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)
*APR=Annual Percentage Rate. 4.49% is an introductory APR for the first twelve months from first day of account opening, after which will adjust to the prevailing rate. Credit is subject to approval, not all applicants will qualify. The minimum loan amount is $10,000, and the maximum loan amount is $350,000. ¹XCEL FCU will pay most of your closing costs on a home equity application excluding government recording charges and taxes when required. Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit paid off and closed in less than two years from the loan origination will require reimbursement of all closing costs paid by XCEL FCU. Closing costs depend on the location of the property and the amount of the Home Equity Loan and/or Line of Credit.
²All XCEL FCU loans must be current with no collection action pending. Your account must not be overdrawn, and you must have sufficient funds on deposit to cover the $25 fee per loan. Each loan payment is applied first to unpaid late fees and charges, then to the accrued interest due on the loan. The remaining amount is applied to the principal balance. This program is not available on loans during the first 12 months of the loan agreement. Loans are limited to one (1) Skip-A-Payment per 12-month period. Other restrictions may apply; receipt of a Skip-A-Payment coupon does not guarantee eligibility and approval for the Skip-A-Payment program. Skip-A-Pay is a privilege extended to qualified members and is subject to XCEL Federal Credit Union final approval. XCEL FCU reserves the right to terminate this offer if your financial status changes prior to the credit union's approval.
