XCEL Federal Credit Union is seeking for a Full-Time IT System Support technician to work at our headquarters located in Bloomfield, NJ to perform all data processing activities, hardware/software installation & troubleshooting, network & monitoring duties and fully manage IT ticketing system.
The ideal candidate must be a graduate specializing in Help Desk, Networking or Computer Science with a minimum of one year related experience in hardware & software installation with excellent troubleshooting skills.

XCEL Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Member Services Representative to work at our branch located at Journal Square – Jersey City, NJ.
The position assumes the responsibility of efficient, effective and accurate performance of financial operations. The ideal candidate must have three plus years of frontline teller experience with knowledge of proper cash handling procedures, strong mathematical skills, detail oriented, proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, etc., cash dispensing machines experience.
The candidate is required to establish and maintain the highest degree of courtesy, respect, and professional business relations with members, fellow employees and management.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required along with a high degree of problem solving, honesty, reliability, and teamwork.
